DFSP’s freefall simulator is still on the drawing board. Hereunder you can see a suggestion of what the building is going to look like and what it will contain.
Ground floor contain café, reception / sports shop
The Café is the gathering point for the whole building. This is where you meet up with your friends/instructors and have a talk about how things are going.
The reception / sports shop controls the arrangements in the house. This is where you book your time in the tunnel. In the sports shop you will get the equipment you need in the wind tunnel. When you feel like it you can buy your own equipment in the shop.
First floor will be event centre, exercise/training centre, and locker room.
In the event centre you will be able to play and learn all about air. The event centre is going to be a very interesting place where you will be using all your senses - for both children and adults.
Exercise/training centre where you can work on your cardio, back and abdominal muscles etc. This is also the place to practise the excises before going into the tunnel.
Second floor will contain instruction rooms / conference rooms.
The instruction rooms will be use by the in-house instructors and their pupils. This is where you will go through the theory and study movies about your exercises before going into the tunnel.
The conference rooms will form the basis of a lot of different activities e.g. minor plays, concerts for new up-coming bands and all kind of different lectures. The rooms will be available for loan for associations and business arrangements.
